Les abonnements scolaires sur le réseau « Scol’Tus » sont réservés aux élèves du premier degré (maternelles et primaires) et du second degré (collèges et lycées) domiciliés et scolarisés dans une commune du ressort territorial du S.I.T.U.S. (en dehors de Soissons)
